All rates in U.S. $$. 1 week minumum on all rentals. Deposit of 25% due with confirmation of registration. $125 Cleaning Fee due with reservation. Security Deposit of $500 due with reservation & refunded 30 days after departure if no damage. Sales tax applicable.
